Help-U-Finance, Inc., Santa Ana, Cal. and Executive VP Steve Daniels, another front for Dana Capital
Is it SLOW for the mortgage brokers? I got ANOTHER mortgage junk fax today:

When I called the 800-701-9975 on the fax, I was transferred to Help-U-Finance.
I spoke with loan agent Alan Nagi, but couldn’t find a license for him with the DRE. He gave me their direct # at (800) 760-1833 and he told me that out-of-state loans are processed for Dana Capital.
Is there a mortgage company that’s NOT marketing for Dana Capital?
So I spoke with Steve Daniels and of course he recommended that I have my fax # removed. He pretended to not know about any problem with junk faxes and pointed at “Bridge Marketing.”
I decided to send him a followup mail with a few links to make sure that he’s aware of his liability for treble damages, that he and his company are getting some very bad PR and that I’d like to find out who really sends the faxes.

Dear Mr. Daniels:
I’m following up on our telephone conversation yesterday afternoon to ensure that you understand that as the advertiser, you are liable for the junk faxes and that I will gladly provide affidavits to litigants seeking treble damages for willful violations of the TCPA.
I’m not going to bore you with legalese, especially since you stated that you have counsel.
You mentioned that “Bridge Marketing” provides the leads for you. I thought you meant the Bridge Capital cited at http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/atta...OC-233048A1.pdf Please let me know who exactly is responsible for your marketing as I don’t want to serve the wrong company and there is a “Bridge Marketing” in AZ.

I have received faxes from this company as well; their number is 800-701-9975. In trying to find out how they got my personal information and informing them that my fax number is on the federal do not call list, they got very angry with me, used profane language, and even threaten me. I reported the threat to the local policy department and they have started a file on them. These people are unbelievable.Read http://junkfax.org/ for how they got your fax number or anything else you could possibly want to know about junk faxes.
You're dealing with people who couldn't care less about the do-not-call list.
And check back here for updates, I'll post what I I find out. I'll also appreciate any info you can provide from the police investigation.
