Junk faxers are NOT good people to do business with - Blue Jay, Inc. & Neil Luxenburg
Recently someone e-mailed me after reading my Dana Capital press release and asked whether they’re a reputable company to refinance with.
I wonder what’s wrong with peoples’ brains, how could anyone ask such a STUPID question after reading how they operate?
At the credit blog at More on Fax Spam Tom posted about his ordeal. He’s not getting paid for merchandise he shipped to Red Rose.
Red Rose (Blue Jay, Inc.) doesn’t pay its bills
It makes sense that junk faxers not only disregard the law and steal other peoples’ resources, sooner or later they’re sued out of business for all kinds of reasons. Often it’s fraud, the FTC or other agencies close them down, etc.
MOST of the junk faxers I sued a year ago have filed for bankruptcy, were shut down or even went to jail.
Some make so much money (mortgage companies and health plan fraudsters), they continue to operate and DEFEND their illegal marketing and they are SUPPORTED by regulators because the mortgage companies keep the economy going by refinancing people into loans that will put many in foreclosure, but pay the credit card bills off and therefore get people to buy more crap they don’t need. The TX AG specifically allowed the health care scams because money from the nation’s defrauded uninsured is sent to Texas.
The regulators’ corruption is NOT an indicator that YOU should do business with these companies—unless you want to get ripped off.
