Proof of Tom Heysek’s liability for sending junk faxes - should I try to serve Heysek?
Heysek already lost numerous small claims suits for over $42K, here are the scanned judgments
He lost some by default, but showed up for some and still lost. Will he appeal? Probably not, since he failed to comply with the subpoena.
Proof of Tom Heysek’s liability for sending junk faxes
There’s a tremendous amount of documentation, subpoenaed phone records, affidavits ....
I named Heysek in my amended complaint, but I see two problems:
1) serving him
2) collecting the judgment
Heysek apparently closed his office and got a PO box in San Francisco. That would work for serving, IF he accepts the mailing.
Regarding collecting, after reading Steve Kirsch’s research, it looks like a total waste of time to even go after him.
